Most recently she worked alongside the CEO of Feigen Advisors, a strategic advisory firm serving Fortune 250 and other leading global companies.

Her expertise spans executive relationship management, strategic outreach, project execution, and business operations across a range of industries, coordinating high-level engagements and navigating complex business environments.

At Agency Age she leads business development, client engagement, strategic partnerships, and the relationship-building that expands ORA's adoption across the mortgage industry.

Richard Bonnet

Richard is a Newhouse-trained, award-winning broadcaster — honored for broadcast journalism, radio production, and copywriting — who spent a decade at SiriusXM co-creating channels and flagship shows from zero — including RUSH / Fight Nation (Ch. 156), the first channel built for combat sports — booking talent, training engineers, and helping land distribution deals with partners like USA Today. As Director of Communications he builds Agency Age's voice the same way: owned media, audiences, and the category story for the age of agency, stood up from scratch and produced end to end in-house.

Vladimir Pavlovich

Vladimir brings 20+ years building front-end experiences and the databases beneath them — fluent across C++, Rust, Python, and PHP, with data systems spanning Convex and Postgres, plus red-team security analysis.

He engineered some of the earliest software integrations across the mortgage, real-estate, and title-insurance industries — connecting platforms like Calyx Point, RamQuest, MeridianLink, ReverseVision, and call-center dialers. At Agency Age he owns ORA's front-end and data layer.
