By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms as described in Section 12.
2.Site vs. products
The Site is an informational marketing website. It is not the ORA or Agent VOS software. Access to and use of our software products are governed by a separate written agreement between Agency Age (or its affiliate) and the licensing organization. Nothing on the Site grants any license to use those products.
3.Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the "Agency Age," "ORA," and "Agent VOS" names and marks, UI screenshots, and software — are owned by Agency Age or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your own informational and evaluation purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, frame, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.
4.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in violation of any law or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, probe, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure.
- Introduce malware, or use bots, scrapers, or automated means except for good-faith search-engine indexing.
- Submit false information or misuse the contact form (including spam or abuse).

Our total aggregate liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

11.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
