RA Orchestrated·Reverse·Automation

The Ford Assembly Line for reverse mortgages.

One autonomous system runs the entire pipeline, lead to funded. Follow a single file down the line — every station below is a real ORA module doing the work that used to take a dozen tools and a dozen logins.

The line

One file. Twelve stations. Lead to underwriting, on a single line.

Four stages, twelve real modules. Scroll down and watch a loan file move down the floor — each station picks it up where the last one left off.

Stage 01
Lead
Captured & scored
A name becomes a scored, contactable opportunity — before a human spends a minute on it.
Station 01

Upload data — structured & rated for reverse

Drop in a list, a lead, a referral, or a document. ORA reads it into structured fields and scores reverse eligibility automatically.

You learn raw data in → a ranked, scored opportunity out.

Work the Lead CRM

Scored leads land in a queue ranked by viability and SLA, with one-click call and graduate actions. No lead goes cold.

You learn the queue decides who to call next, not you.

Station 03

Outreach to referral partners — Asset Studio

Spin up co-branded, compliant marketing for the realtors and advisors who send you business — in minutes, on your brand.

You learn the line feeds itself: partners send more leads back in.

Stage 02
Prospect
In motion
The file becomes a working client: documents read, scenarios drawn, the conversation coached — every AI move reviewed by the loan officer.
Station 04

Start a prospect — one workspace

Open a full-screen client file: every contact, property, income, and goal in one place, with milestone and pipeline visibility.

You learn the whole loan lives in one file, not ten tabs.
ORA borrower workspace — one full-screen client file with loan purpose, borrower details, and a live scenario-readiness checklist (shown with sample data).
Station 05

Upload documents — read into fields & stacked

IDs, statements, and letters are read into proposals your loan officer approves — never silent writes — and stacked into the file.

You learn AI you approve, not auto-apply.
ORA AI Assistant — email drafts and field updates surfaced as proposals an LO reviews before anything touches the file (shown with sample data).
Station 06

Scenario Coach

ORA drafts a side-by-side of the borrower's options for the loan officer to walk through — suitability stays with a licensed LO.

You learn the hard conversation, drawn up for you.

Calculate the scenario

A HUD-aligned calculator runs HECM and proprietary products with automatic age and state eligibility — quick estimate to full scenario.

You learn the numbers, built to the rules.

Station 08

Ask your reverse assistant

An ORA assistant that knows reverse — HECM rules, the borrower's file, next best step — drafts answers and emails for the LO to send.

You learn a reverse expert on call, inside the file.
Is this borrower better with a line of credit or a term payment?
At 72 with a 4% rate, the growing line of credit preserves more future access. Here's the draft to send →
Station 09

Live Call Coach

Glanceable cues and a state-aware consent prompt turn calls into draft notes and tasks. Calls are never recorded.

You learn what to say, while you say it.
ORA Live Call Coach — glanceable cue cards with what to say and why during a call, on a float-on-top overlay.

Stage 03
In process
Underwriting
The file leaves origination and enters the back office: documents requested, stacked, indexed, and assembled into a clean package for the underwriter.
Station 10

Request & receive documents

The borrower gets a guided, magic-link portal to upload what's needed; ORA tracks what's in, what's missing, and what's next.

You learn document chase becomes a checklist that fills itself.
ORA borrower document portal — a guided magic-link upload flow showing requested, received, and outstanding documents (shown with sample data).
Station 11

Send to processing

The complete file hands off to a processor workspace with a state machine and authority matrix — status is always one glance away.

You learn the handoff is clean, not a re-key.

Station 12

Auto-stack, categorize, index → underwriting

ORA reads the whole package, classifies every document, locates every field on its source page, and builds a live condition list — so the underwriter reviews and signs, instead of hunting. The decision stays with your underwriter.

You learn the package assembles itself; the human signs off.

ORA pricing

No seat licenses. You pay as files reach origination.

One model, whatever your size: put ORA in front of every loan officer at no per-seat cost, and pay only on the files that proceed to origination — so cost tracks production, not headcount. An individual LO can start today; larger lenders get a rollout and terms built around their pipeline.

$0per-seat license Every loan officer included. No seats sitting unused, no licenses gathering dust — you're billed only when a lead becomes an origination, scaling with each officer's real volume.

LOS-agnostic

Keep your LOS. Run ORA right alongside it.

ORA isn't your system of record — it works with the one you already run. What makes it LOS-agnostic is a novel browser plugin, ORA Bridge: instead of a months-long API integration, it moves data from any web-based LOS into ORA — snip a region or scan a screen and it lands in ORA, PII auto-redacted, while your LOS stays open side by side. No integration project. No IT ticket. Any LOS, day one.

ORA Bridge docked beside your LOS — snip a field, it's redacted in your browser, then routed to your ORA prospect. No API.
/ 01

Snip or scan

Drag a box over any field, or scan a whole screen. ORA Bridge reads what you see — on any web-based LOS, CRM, or lead source.

/ 02

Redacted in your browser

SSN, date of birth, and account numbers are masked before anything leaves the page. Each capture keeps a screenshot and its source.

/ 03

Side by side

ORA Bridge tiles your LOS and ORA together — work both at once, no tab-juggling, no re-keying, no integration project.

Security & Compliance

Built for the most scrutinized product in lending.

ORA is a software platform lenders use to originate reverse mortgages. ORA is a technology vendor, not a lender — the lender owns regulatory compliance; our job is to give your team the tooling and controls to support it, with security built into the foundation.

Security
Encryption everywhere. Borrower data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+), inherited from our underlying infrastructure.
Identity & least-privilege access. Authentication runs on WorkOS AuthKit; role-based guards scope every action. MFA is available through the identity provider.
Per-tenant isolation. Each lender's data is isolated; access returns "not found" rather than revealing whether a record exists, designed to defeat enumeration.
AI-data safety. Per-organization AI keys keep tenant data isolated; we minimize PII sent to models, sanitize against prompt injection, and never persist call transcripts.
Compliance
Tooling to support the lender on GLBA, CFPB (UDAAP/RESPA/TILA), HUD/FHA HECM, NMLS state licensing, NYDFS, state privacy (CCPA/CPRA), TCPA & call-recording consent, and fair-lending awareness.
License-aware publishing. Per-officer, per-state license tracking gates the marketing ORA generates, holding back out-of-license content.
DNC scrub & consent capture. Lead imports can be screened against Do-Not-Call and litigator lists; a state-aware consent gate prompts before call recording. The lender owns all outreach decisions.
Disclosures & audit trail. Required NMLS/license disclosures render on generated materials; borrower-touching actions write to an append-only event log.

On our own program: ORA's internal governance, risk & compliance program is in progress, with SOC 2 on the roadmap. We're deliberate about the distinction: the SOC 2 Type II reports above cover our subprocessors' services, not ORA's — and inherited certifications are not a substitute for our own.
