1.Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the public marketing website at theageofagency.com. It does not govern the ORA or Agent VOS software products. When a lender or other organization licenses our software, the personal and loan information processed inside those products is governed by the written agreement with that customer and by the customer's own privacy notices — see Section 10.

2.Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit our "Request a demo" / contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, company (optional), work email, the role you select (lender, investor, or partner), and any message you write. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server and security logs when you visit the Site — for example your IP address, browser type and user-agent, the pages you request, and timestamps. We use this to operate and secure the Site. We do not run advertising networks or cross-site behavioral tracking on the Site.

3.How we use information

  • To respond to your request — schedule a demo, send the investor brief, or discuss a partnership.
  • To communicate with you about ORA, Agent VOS, and related updates you've asked about.
  • To operate, maintain, and secure the Site and prevent abuse, fraud, and spam.
  • To comply with law and enforce our terms.

4.How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers (processors) who act on our behalf — including our form-delivery provider (Web3Forms), our website host and privacy-first analytics provider (Vercel), and our web-font provider (Fontshare) — under terms that limit their use of the data to providing the service.
  • Legal & safety — when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Agency Age, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

5.Cookies & tracking

The Site uses only what is strictly necessary to load and function, and does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only analytics we run is privacy-first, cookieless aggregate page-view measurement from our host (Vercel Web Analytics) — it sets no cookies, stores no persistent identifier on your device, and does not track you across other sites. For details, see our Cookie Policy.

6.Retention

We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our business relationship, then delete or de-identify them when no longer needed, unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider.

7.Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — including HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls — to protect the limited information collected through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.Your choices

  • Email: you can ask us to stop sending you messages at any time by replying or contacting us below.
  • Access, correction, deletion: you may request that we provide, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted to us by emailing info@theageofagency.com.

9.U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws in other states), you may have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how we use it; request access to or a copy of it; request correction or deletion; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Because we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" action needed for the Site. To exercise any right, email info@theageofagency.com and we will verify and respond as required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.

10.Mortgage & product data (GLBA)

ORA is software, not a lender. Reverse-mortgage origination is performed by licensed loan officers at the lending institution. Nonpublic personal information about borrowers collected in connection with a loan is handled by that licensed lender under its own Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) privacy notice and the customer agreement governing the software — not under this website policy.

11.Children's privacy

The Site is a business-to-business website intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12.Changes & contact

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be reflected on this page. Questions, requests, or concerns about privacy can be sent to:
